1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Wiqaya VPN website and app, published by [to be completed]. By buying a subscription or using the app, you accept them.

2. Subscription

The subscription gives access to the service for the chosen period. It renews automatically at the end of each period at the price then in effect, unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your customer area; the service stays active until the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Wiqaya VPN for: any illegal activity, sending spam, cyberattacks, distributing child sexual abuse material, or infringing the rights of others. We may suspend an account in case of obvious abuse.

4. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but we can't guarantee there will be no interruptions (maintenance, outages, local restrictions).

5. Liability

Wiqaya VPN protects your connection but doesn't replace good security habits (updates, strong passwords). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current period.
