If Wiqaya VPN isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund of your first purchase within 30 days of payment.

How to ask for a refund

1. Write to contact@wiqayavpn.com from the address used for the purchase.
2. Include your order number (in the confirmation email).
3. The refund goes back to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

Conditions

The guarantee applies to the first purchase. Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime to avoid the next one. Obvious abuse (repeated purchases and refunds) may be refused.

Purchases through the App Store or Google Play

If you paid in the app through Apple or Google, ask them for the refund, under their own rules.
