Protecting your privacy is the reason Wiqaya VPN exists. This page explains what data we process and, above all, what we don't keep.

1. Who we are

2. What we don't keep

When you use the VPN, we don't keep: the history of sites you visit, the content of your traffic, your DNS requests, or the originating IP address linked to your activity.

3. What we process

• Purchase: payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. It collects your name, email, country and payment details. We receive your email, country and order details; we never see your card details.
• Activation key: to check your subscription, the app sends your key and an anonymous device identifier, to limit the number of active devices.
• Server operation: we measure each server's overall load (number of connections, total bandwidth), with no link to any user.
• Website: anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement, and your language saved in your browser.
• Support: the messages you send us, so we can reply.

4. Retention

Order data is kept for as long as accounting obligations require. Support messages are deleted no later than one year after the conversation ends.

5. Sharing

We never sell or rent any data. We only share what is necessary with our providers (payment, hosting, email delivery).

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@wiqayavpn.com. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
